Welcome To Theramax Rehab
Special moment, special care
When it comes to serious illnesses and injuries, treatment doesn’t stop at the operating table. After a prolonged period of in-patient care, many patients return home to find that critical parts of their body simply fail to provide the functionality and mobility that they have come to expect.
If you’re struggling to overcome the pain and frustration of a debilitating physical impairment, then you need to put your rehabilitation in professional hands.
At Theramax, our team of experienced physical therapists provides expert care and focused support for patients in every age group.
- Chronic lower back issues.
- Hip and knee replacements.
- High impact sports-related injuries.
- Incontinence and pelvic pain.
- Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT)
- Neck and spinal problems.
- The impacts of hand surgery.
- The aftermath of a stroke.
- Issues with your shoulder, elbow, and wrists.
We can create tailored physical therapy plans that are designed to restore maximum possible strength, movement, and flexibility to all affected areas.
Our accredited clinic offers a purpose-built environment where patients at every stage can attend one-on-one PT sessions with trained specialists. Your physical therapist will put together an outpatient program based on your age, physical condition, and specific objectives.
Our facility is clean, safe, and comfortable and comes fully stocked with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure optimal results for each client
At-Home Physical Therapy
If you are restricted from traveling due to age or physical impairment, then our physical therapists can bring our services to your front door.
With our on-site PT service, you can receive the same personalized care as you would at our outpatient facility in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
The benefits don’t stop there. Learning rehab exercises at home encourages consistency, compliance, and ultimately, more effective outcomes for our patients.
Schedule an appointment with Theramax by filling out a form on our website or calling us at 972-983-3840.
The representative will evaluate your needs and match you with a physical therapist that specializes in your particular impairment.
During the initial appointment, your PT will talk with you to establish a baseline for your current physical condition, therapy objectives, and determine the best modalities for treatment
Based on this evaluation, they will design a tailored treatment plan that will be submitted to your primary physician for approval.
Once the final approval is received, we will set up a schedule based on your requirements.
