Welcome To Theramax Rehab
Special care
When it comes to serious illnesses and injuries, treatment doesn’t stop at the operating table. After a prolonged period of in-patient care, many patients return home to find that critical parts of their body simply fail to provide the functionality and mobility that they have come to expect.
If you’re struggling to overcome the pain and frustration of a debilitating physical impairment, then you need to put your rehabilitation in professional hands.
At Theramax, our team of experienced physical therapists provides expert care and focused support for patients in every age group.

Schedule an appointment with Theramax by filling out a form on our website or calling us at 972-983-3840.

The representative will evaluate your needs and match you with a physical therapist that specializes in your particular impairment.

During the initial appointment, your PT will talk with you to establish a baseline for your current physical condition, therapy objectives, and determine the best modalities for treatment

Based on this evaluation, they will design a tailored treatment plan that will be submitted to your primary physician for approval.

Once the final approval is received, we will set up a schedule based on your requirements.
